When will I receive my refund?
If you purchased an order from an influencer and it was rejected or was never accepted, your credit card payment is immediately cancelled. From there, it depends on your credit card provider on when the funds will appear on your statement. U.S. credit card providers typically take 3 business days. Outside of the U.S. it can take up to a week.
If you had an order that was accepted, then later cancelled, the funds will go into your GigSocial wallet. To use these funds or withdraw these funds, you will first need to setup your wallet by going to the menu in the top right corner, click Billing, then Wallet, then Payouts and add that information asked for.
