After a "ToDo" has been completed by an influencer, you will be notified in your dashboard with a screenshot of proof and any analytics associated with the "ToDo." If you feel the influencer did not meet the agreement terms, you can decline the acceptance, which then will open up a chat between you and the influencer to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be determined, we recommend reaching out to customer support.
