What fees does GigSocial charge advertisers?

Posting an offer is the process of creating a request for influencers to work with you. By posting offers, you can be matched with influencers who meet your specific criteria. When setting up an offer, you will be prompted to answer a number of questions related to your budget, the type and size of influencer audience you are looking for, keyword targeting, location, network, and type of post you want. After a "ToDo" has been completed by an influencer, you will be notified in your dashboard with a screenshot of proof and any analytics associated with the "ToDo." If you feel the influencer did not meet the agreement terms, you can decline the acceptance, which then will open up a chat between you and the influencer to resolve the issue. If you received a refund back to your GigSocial wallet and you are unable to reuse the funds to purchase from someone else, it means that you haven't setup your GigSocial wallet yet. You can do so by going to the menu in the top right corner, click Billing, then Wallet, then click Payouts. Fill out this information and upload a copy of your ID here. If you purchased an order from an influencer and it was rejected or was never accepted, your credit card payment is immediately cancelled. From there, it depends on your credit card provider on when the funds will appear on your statement. U.S. credit card providers typically take 3 business days. Outside of the U.S. it can take up to a week. If you had an order that was accepted, then later cancelled, the funds will go into your GigSocial wallet. If you have an open Guaranteed Gains order and the buyer is not sending screenshot updates, here is what we recommend: Send them a message in the chat reminding them you need a sub count update Please give them at least 3-5 days to respond.
