Person not updating my GG order

If you have an open Guaranteed Gains order and the buyer is not sending screenshot updates, here is what we recommend:

1. Send them a message in the chat reminding them you need a sub count update
2. Please give them at least 3-5 days to respond.
3. If they still don't respond, we recommend taking your best guess on subs and deliver the order.
4. The buyer can reject the order if they have an issue.
