How do I use funds in my GigSocial wallet?
Setting up your wallet
If you received a refund back to your GigSocial wallet and you are unable to reuse the funds to purchase from someone else, it means that you haven't setup your GigSocial wallet yet. You can do so by going to the menu in the top right corner, click Billing, then Wallet, then click Payouts. Fill out this information and upload a copy of your ID here. We typically approve wallets within 24 hours, but if you would like your approved sooner, just message support.
Add balance to your wallet
If you would like to add funds to your wallet through Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer or crypto, please contact support.
