• How can you guarantee I get paid from the advertiser?

  We take payment from the advertiser up front and hold the money in escrow on your behalf. Once each post in the campaign is made, we will release the corresponding percentage of the total campaign when you upload the screenshot and it is approved by the advertiser. If there is any dispute, we will handle the dispute, and if we determine that you complied with all of the post requirements, we guarantee release of payment to you.Few readers

• What is and how long is the approval process?

  Once you provide screenshots, you can be approved in as little as a few hours, typically not more than 1 business day.Few readers

• Can I make money referring friends?

  Yes. Our affiliate program allows you to share a link to your influencer friends. If they sign up, they will get a special discount paying no GigSocial commissions on their first 5 Gigs and you will earn 100% of GigSocial commissions for the first 3 months and 25% commissions for the following 21 months earning affiliate commissions for a total of 2 years!Few readers

• Do I have to post every order that I receive?

  No, you have every right to either accept or reject any Gigs that are presented to you or that you find in our matching system at any time that you want to participate. Gig offers will automatically expire from your inbox at the advertiser’s desired timeline, so we suggest you come back as often as possible to check for new Gig opportunities.Few readers

• Can I suspend my account to stop receiving offers?

  Yes, you can suspend your account at any point and come back later to turn it back on.Few readers

• Can I sell on multiple social media pages?

  Yes. You do have the ability to offer social inventory for multiple accounts. In order to do this, you will need to first complete the full registration as an influencer. After you have completed all of the steps in the registration process, go to your dashboard menu. In the top right corner you will see a circle with 3 dots. Click this and select "New Identity." From here, you can add a new identity and all of the new socials tied to it.Few readers

• Can I offer discounts or sales?

  Yes. We let you create coupon codes with any discount you want to apply for either one-time or ongoing use.Few readers

• How to complete a gig

  Completing a Gig In order to close out an order and get paid, you must upload the required screenshots under the "ToDo" section of the Gig. In most cases, 3 screenshots will be required. Proof of Post - This screenshot should be taken immediately after posting the content of the gig as proof the content was posted. When this screenshot is uploaded, the advertiser is notified the ToDo was posted. Delivery Screenshot - This is a screenshot taken of the post after the post liveFew readers

• What happens if my gig delivery was rejected

  If a gig is rejected by the buyer, it means that the buyer does not feel that the post has met the post requirements. Once the requirements have been fulfilled, you may re-upload another screenshot to allow the advertiser the ability to close the order. If you believe that the post requirements were met in the original post and you are unable to reach a resolution with the advertiser, please contact support.Few readers

• When will my delivered order be approved?

  If you finished a gig and delivered it to the buyer, the buyer has 48 hours to accept the order. Note that the timer stops on weekends. If the buyer does not approve before then, it will auto approve for you and you'll receive the funds.Few readers
